Essential Oils to help fight cellulite
Carrot seed, Clary sage, Cypress, Fennel, Ginger, Grapefruit, Geranium, Juniper, Lemon, Mandarin, Orange, Rosemary, Tangerine
Carrier Oils to help fight cellulite
Use one or more of the below carriers oils mixed with one or more of the essential oils for cellulite removal.
Avocado oil: This oil is good for dry skin, aging skin and sensitive skin. it will carry the essential oils more deeply into the skin, increasing their effectiveness.
Grape seed oil: It has regenerative qualities and is noted to be effective for skin repair.
Roseship oil: Rosehip is high in gamma linoleic acid (GLA ) which gives it great skin cell regenerative properties. It’s used for burns, scars, stretch marks and aging skin.
Jojoba oil: Jojoba oil is actually a polyunsaturated “liquid wax”. It’s useful for moisture control, protection and emolliency which makes it a good skin moisturizer.
Make your own Cellulite Massage Oil
Things you'll need:
6 oz One of the above Carriers Oils
Essential oils: You can choose from the above listed or use these....
15 drops of Rosemary essential oil
15 drops of Geranium essential oil
15 drops of Lavender essential oil
15 drops of Lemon essential oil
15 Cypress Essential Oil
8 oz glass or plastic bottle. Glass is better.
Mix oils in bottle. Shake before each use. Massage a small amount of oil, moving outward, towards the heart to remove toxins. Store in a cool, dark place; use the oils within 6 months. You can also use a Cellulite Brush. A Cellulite Brush is great for massaging the body to increase circulation and the removal of toxins from the body.
